Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outsourced Accounting & Advisory Services Staff Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the monthly close process, including reconciliations, financial analysis, and reporting
• Utilize cloud-based accounting tools and provide training and implementation support
• Oversee staff accountants, ensuring accurate workpapers and maintaining client communication

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• 1-3 years of experience in public accounting or private industry, preferably with government contractors
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Unanet
• Familiarity with cloud-based tools such as Bill.com and Expensify
• Working knowledge of FAR and DCAA compliance is a plus
