Staff Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Support month-end and year-end close processes by preparing journal entries and reconciliations
• Maintain accurate recording of sales, inventory, and operating expenses in accordance with GAAP

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• 1-2 years of accounting experience in a high-growth or CPG company
• CPA or CPA candidate preferred
• Proficiency with accounting software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Netsuite/SAP)
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI-driven tools and analytics for workflow optimization
