Staff Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Accountant to join their Finance department.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy in financial records
• Manage accounts receivable transactions and invoicing processes
• Support financial reporting and audit processes by preparing necessary documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in a financial analysis or reporting role
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling preferred
• Prior exposure to ERP or accounting systems is a plus
• Proficient in QuickBooks, Google Sheets, and/or Excel
