Staff Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Accountant to support their Finance team in day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable processes, including invoice review and vendor coordination
• Support accounts receivable and assist with collections efforts
• Prepare journal entries and perform account reconciliations for month-end close

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of accounting, finance, or related experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles (GAAP exposure preferred)
• Experience supporting AP, AR, or general ledger processes
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets is required
