Staff Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Accountant-US to join their Finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the financial close process, including preparing and posting journal entries and performing account reconciliations
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and support external audit preparations
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance data integrity and support process improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with general ledger accounting and reconciliations
• Knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and complex formulas
