Staff Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Accountant to join their rapidly growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
• Assist with monthly financial closes, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Prepare monthly financial statements and manage intercompany allocations and financial data for consolidated results

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of experience in an accounting team at a rapidly growing, early-stage company
• Experience with ERP systems and proficiency in accounting software (e.g., NetSuite)
• Desire to learn and develop skills for increased responsibilities
• Active CPA is a plus
