Staff Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Accountant to support finance and accounting operations focused on billing and core accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer billing operations, including invoicing and collections
• Post transactions and support month-end close activities
• Ensure timely processing of accounts payable and payroll-related tasks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• 3-5+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
• Full-cycle accounting experience, including general ledger accounting
• Strong understanding of GAAP principles
• Experience with QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software
