Staff Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Accountant to perform assigned accounting functions to support accurate financial reporting and maintain the integrity of financial records.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements and reports using established templates and procedures
• Record and maintain financial transactions in the general ledger with appropriate supporting documentation
• Perform bank reconciliations and identify discrepancies for review and resolution

Required Qualifications

• 0-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a multi-entity or complex organization
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; CPA or CPA eligibility a plus
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and fundamental accounting principles
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, NetSuite, or similar) preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools
