Staff Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

• Research unapplied cash values to determine application against A/R invoices or refunds
• Process and reconcile payments, ensuring accurate tagging and validation of invoice information
• Resolve unapplied payments through audit and research, documenting solutions for cash postings

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related experience or equivalent education and experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting preferred
• Competency with larger ERP systems, with NetSuite experience preferred
• Strong computer skills in MS Office and accounting software
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet critical deadlines
