Staff Accountant

Job Summary

Staff Accountant, a full-time remote position responsible for executing general accounting functions, ensuring compliance with GAAP, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute on general ledger accounting, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
• Perform monthly and annual financial close procedures and review financial statements for accuracy
• Analyze financial data and assist in financial audits by preparing schedules and documentation

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred but not required
• 2+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in a SaaS and technology environment
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting principles
• Experience with ERP systems such as Sage Intacct
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
