Staff Accountant

Job Summary

Providing entry-level to mid-level financial support, the fully remote Staff Accountant will manage the full accounts receivable cycle, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and assist with month-end close processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full accounts receivable cycle, including customer setup, invoice processing, and collections follow-up
• Review customer invoices for accuracy and monitor revenue recognition and COGS timing against contract terms
• Perform bank account reconciliations and assist with month-end close processes and reporting

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in Accounting, with at least 2 years in Full Cycle Accounts Receivable and Collections
• Experience with NetSuite, including the Advanced Revenue Management (ARM) module
• Knowledge of contracts and revenue recognition (ASC 606)
• Intermediate Excel skills, including the ability to create formulas and perform V-lookups
