Staff Accountant

Job Summary

Providing entry-level to mid-level financial support, the fully remote Staff Accountant will manage the full accounts receivable cycle, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and assist with month-end close processes.

Key responsibilities:

• Manages the full accounts receivable cycle, including customer setup, invoice processing, and collections follow-up
• Reviews customer invoices for accuracy and monitors revenue recognition and COGS timing against contract terms
• Assists with month-end close processes and prepares documentation for the year-end audit

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in Accounting, with at least 2 years in Full Cycle Accounts Receivable and Collections
• Experience with NetSuite and knowledge of contracts and revenue recognition (ASC 606)
• Intermediate Excel skills, including the ability to create formulas
• Understanding of US GAAP and strong mathematical and analytical skills
