Staff Accountant

Job Summary

Supporting the Finance team remotely on a contract basis, the Staff Accountant will manage day-to-day accounts payable functions, assist with month-end close activities, and provide backup for billing and accounts receivable operations.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the day-to-day accounts payable function and ensure timely processing of invoices
• Support month-end close activities, including account reconciliations
• Provide backup support for billing and accounts receivable operations as needed

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of accounts payable experience
• Some experience supporting accounts receivable and billing functions
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience with accounting software and financial systems
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
