Staff Accountant

Job Summary

To support a dynamic accounting team, the remote Staff Accountant will manage full-cycle accounting tasks, ensure financial reporting accuracy, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to accounting operations and close processes to support financial accuracy and reporting integrity
• Perform general ledger maintenance, account reconciliations, and prepare financial reports
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and support internal and external audits

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 1+ years of experience in accounting or finance
• Demonstrated knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting processes
• Experience with financial systems, databases, and spreadsheets
• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools to support productivity and analysis
