Staff Accountant
Job Summary
Supporting the accuracy and integrity of financial operations, the full-time Staff Accountant will manage month-end close activities, reconciliations, and financial analysis while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare journal entries and support monthly close activities
- Perform general ledger analysis and account reconciliations
- Assist with commission reviews in partnership with Sales Operations and People Operations
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 1-3 years of accounting experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles
- Experience with NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage, or similar accounting platforms
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
