Staff Accountant

Job Summary

Driving accurate financial reporting, the full-time remote Staff Accountant will ensure the integrity of financial data, prepare journal entries, and manage general ledger reconciliations while collaborating across departments to enhance financial processes.

Key responsibilities

• Drive accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with GAAP and company policies
• Prepare and review journal entries to support reliable financial results
• Deliver general ledger reconciliations, identifying discrepancies and resolving issues through analysis

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance with 3 to 4 years of accounting experience
• Knowledge of public accounting principles and financial reporting fundamentals
• Experience in analyzing financial data and developing effective solutions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
