Staff Accountant

Job Summary

Supporting a dedicated set of clients, the full-time Staff Accountant will manage core data and entry-level accounting tasks, including reconciliations and reporting, in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Reconcile banking transactions and prepare journal entries in accordance with US GAAP
• Maintain investor and investment information in the FundPanel system
• Process accounts payable and prepare documents for annual audits and tax processes

Required qualifications

• 0 - 2 years of work experience or relevant internships in accounting roles
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
• Strong organizational skills and a track record of project leadership
• Proficiency in Excel and Word, with comfort in learning new software systems
• Passion for numbers and a desire to build a career in accounting
