Staff Accountant

Job Summary

Supporting month-end close and financial process improvement initiatives, the full-time remote Staff Accountant will manage balance sheet reconciliations, fixed asset accounting, and intercompany transactions within a complex multi-entity accounting environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries, perform balance sheet reconciliations, and assist with month-end close across multiple legal entities
• Maintain fixed asset schedules, support capital project accounting, and track capital expenditures for compliance
• Prepare and reconcile intercompany transactions while improving accounting workflows and supporting automation initiatives within NetSuite

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of accounting experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP
• Advanced Excel skills
• ERP experience, preferably with NetSuite
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
