Staff Accountant

Job Summary

To support the best community association management software, the remote Staff Accountant will perform bank reconciliations, prepare financial statements, and maintain accounting controls for Enumerate's Financial Services clients.

Key responsibilities

• Perform bank reconciliations for associations involving multiple bank accounts
• Prepare and issue accurate financial statements for associations in a timely manner
• Support the month-end and year-end close process while ensuring compliance during audits

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field, or comparable work experience
• 3+ years of experience as a Staff Accountant
• Property management accounting experience is a bonus
• Experience with creating financial statements and general ledger functions
• Proficiency in accounting software
