Staff Accountant
Job Summary
Detail-oriented and experienced, the full-time remote Staff Accountant will manage full cycle accounting responsibilities, including transaction entry, financial statement preparation, and month-end processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Own full cycle accounting responsibilities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts and assist with accounts payable and receivable functions as needed
- Support audit preparation and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2-5 years of relevant accounting experience with exposure to full cycle accounting
- Solid understanding of GAAP and general ledger accounting
- Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, and Ramp is a plus
