Staff Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Accountant for their Finance Operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining and balancing accounts, inputting data, and verifying outputs
• Compiling and analyzing financial information to prepare general ledger entries
• Completing reconciliations, variance analysis, and participating in audits

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
• Corporate accounting / General ledger experience
• Experience with accounting software such as Great Plains and Management Reporter
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with intermediate to expert Excel skills
• Public company experience preferred
