Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Accountant.

Key Responsibilities:

Process customer invoices and record them into the General Ledger
Reconcile customer payments and resolve payment discrepancies
Prepare AR reports, maintain billing accounts, and provide support to sales department and customers

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of Accounts Receivable experience
Experience with collections software and posting GL entries
Comfortable working independently and implementing process improvement
Highly organized, accurate, and detail-oriented
BS/BA degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar field of study
