Staff Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Accountant.

Responsibilities:

• Support month-end close procedures, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis
• Analyze financial information to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement
• Assist with tax audits, compliance with GAAP principles, and budget analysis

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in accounting or related field
• Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and GAAP
• Experience with General Ledger functions and month-end/year-end close process
• Experience with NetSuite and payroll accounting is a plus
• CPA preferred but not required
