Staff Accountant - Client Funds

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Accountant - Client Funds.

Key Responsibilities

• Own daily cash reconciliations of client funds across internal ledger and payment systems
• Investigate and resolve reconciliation differences in a high-volume transaction environment
• Document and map end-to-end money movement workflows to improve financial reporting accuracy

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated ownership of daily cash or funds reconciliations
• Ability to prepare and record manual journal entries related to cash, assets, and liabilities
• Experience in payments, money movement, or transaction-heavy environments
• Strong understanding of money movement logic and systems
• Working knowledge of Excel for analyzing large datasets
