Staff Accountant, Colorado Licensed

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Accountant, Accounts Receivable.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit invoices for various contract types and resolve any billing issues
• Perform accounts receivables aging analysis and collections follow-up
• Support month-end close activities and maintain process documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
• 2-4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, billing, or general ledger accounting
• Ability to read and understand customer contracts related to billing
• Hands-on experience with large ERP systems; IFS experience preferred
• Strong Excel and reconciliation skills
