Job Summary
To support client relationships and operational excellence, the remote Staff Accountant - FINRA Licensed will assist with financial plans, compliance documentation, and business development initiatives while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with financial plans, portfolio reviews, and client reporting while maintaining strong client relationships
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain organized client files and service records
- Support business development efforts through meeting preparation and identifying opportunities for client engagement
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or a related client service role
- Understanding of investment products, account structures, and financial planning concepts
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Active FINRA licenses required or ability to obtain within an agreed-upon timeline after hire
