Staff Accountant - FINRA Licensed

Job Summary

To support client relationships and operational excellence, the remote Staff Accountant - FINRA Licensed will assist with financial plans, compliance documentation, and business development initiatives while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with financial plans, portfolio reviews, and client reporting while maintaining strong client relationships
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain organized client files and service records
• Support business development efforts through meeting preparation and identifying opportunities for client engagement

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or a related client service role
• Understanding of investment products, account structures, and financial planning concepts
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Active FINRA licenses required or ability to obtain within an agreed-upon timeline after hire
