Staff Accountant III

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Accountant III to maintain financial records and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately record and classify financial transactions and reconcile subsidiary ledgers to the general ledger
• Prepare financial reports such as balance sheets and profit and loss statements and analyze financial data for budgeting and forecasting
• Ensure compliance with regulations and assist with internal and external audits

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 4-7 years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate environment
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and advanced Excel skills
• Strong understanding of GAAP and experience with financial reporting and internal controls
