Staff Accountant with Notary License

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Accountant to join their newly in-house accounting team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the full accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger reconciliations
• Participate in month-end close procedures and support cash flow management, forecasting, and budgeting processes
• Help prepare audit documentation and assist with system implementations and process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a SaaS environment
• Hands-on NetSuite experience across the full accounting cycle
• Solid grasp of GAAP and month-end close processes
• Active Notary Public commission or willingness to obtain one
