Staff AI and ML Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff AI & ML Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build technical solutions using data to address business problems
• Analyze data trends, identify patterns, and derive actionable insights
• Develop, train, and evaluate machine learning and deep learning models, and deploy them into production environments

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and machine learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow)
• Experience with computer vision and image processing techniques
• Strong understanding of statistics, probability, and financial modeling
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps best practices
• Experience in A/B testing and experimental design
