Staff AI Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff AI Developer to lead the design and development of machine learning and generative AI models.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of agentic workflows and fine-tuned models for automation of security operations processes
• Provide technical direction and guidance to a team of ML engineers and developers
• Architect ML and data pipelines for training and deployment of AI models

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in building intelligent systems or AI-enhanced applications
• 2+ years of experience providing technical direction to a team
• Strong expertise in production delivery of Generative AI or machine learning systems
• Hands-on experience with knowledge graph technologies
• Familiarity with cloud-native data services and data engineering tools
