Staff AI Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff AI Engineer to join their AI Platform team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain a platform for users to create and manage AI agents
• Integrate multiple large language models (LLMs) and ensure orchestration and scalability
• Develop evaluation frameworks for testing AI agents in complex scenarios

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with multiple LLMs and understanding their strengths and limitations
• Expertise in orchestration software like LangGraph or similar frameworks
• Strong background in developing evaluation frameworks for AI systems
• Deep understanding of AI and machine learning fundamentals with a focus on backend engineering
• Experience with AI privacy scenarios, including data anonymization and compliance
