Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff AI Engineer to advance AI capabilities across Generative AI and Search.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and enhance the core AI infrastructure and backend systems
• Lead the development of new AI-driven projects from ideation to evaluation
• Adapt quickly to user feedback and evolving requirements for continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience improving backend and/or AI systems, with familiarity using Python
• Deep understanding of systems architecture
• Strong experience in shipping and scaling AI products
• Equivalent experience or relevant coursework to a BS or MS in Machine Learning, Computer Science, or related field
• Autonomous team player with a commitment to quality and performance
