Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff AI Engineer, Developer Productivity.

Key Responsibilities

Improve developer processes for building LLM-powered applications and establish best practices
Develop training resources and prompt guides while evaluating third-party AI tools for compliance and scalability
Participate in engineering activities including design, testing, and incident response

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in Developer Tooling, including 2+ years focused on AI
2+ years of experience leading platform teams on engineering build and delivery problems
Experience with AI/ML concepts and technologies, such as LLMs and prompt engineering
Proficiency in modern software stacks like Node.js, MongoDB, and AWS, primarily coding in TypeScript
Ability to thrive in collaborative, cross-functional teams and mentor colleagues
