Staff AI Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff AI Engineer - AI Product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered features and products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI-driven innovation opportunities
• Integrate and orchestrate multiple AI models to deliver personalized user experiences

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in building and shipping AI-powered features in production
• Deep understanding of LLMs and AI models, including integration strategies
• 5+ years of backend and/or full-stack engineering experience, proficient in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar languages
• 5+ years of experience with PostgresDB, MySQL, or related databases
• Experience with AI privacy, security, and compliance best practices
