Staff AI Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff AI Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and architect core technical systems for AI-assisted therapy
• Build and scale production-grade Generative AI for patient interactions and clinical operations
• Mentor engineers and shape the AI roadmap while collaborating across various teams

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 7+ years with public cloud and 5+ years designing distributed systems
• 5+ years of deep experience in Python and at least one backend language (JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, or Go)
• 1+ years of experience building production-grade AI systems
• Expertise in LLM integration patterns, AI orchestration frameworks, and vector databases
• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field
