Key Responsibilities

• Research, build, optimize, and deploy production ML systems for AI-driven software
• Focus on solving complex challenges in speech modeling, including data collection and efficient training infrastructure
• Integrate ML systems with applications used by thousands of developers

Required Qualifications

• PhD in a relevant technical field, or a BA/BS degree with equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in software development and applied ML engineering
• Experience in speech or video processing, Natural Language Processing (NLP), or action planning
• Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and neural network architectures
• Proficiency with ML frameworks such as PyTorch
