Staff AI Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Staff Applied AI Engineer for the Auggie Platform, focused on building AI-driven solutions in real estate.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build systems for multi-agent orchestration and execution of complex business workflows
- Develop an automation layer for agent-driven workflows with structured data models and review queues
- Architect systems for auto-generated application UIs, enabling non-technical users to interact with AI applications
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, preferably in senior or staff-level roles
- Production experience with multi-agent AI systems operating with real data
- Deep familiarity with LLM integration patterns and agent orchestration frameworks
- Strong backend engineering fundamentals, including TypeScript/Node.js and distributed systems
- Experience with MCP servers or LLM-based validation is a plus
