Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff AI Engineer - Applied AI (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical direction for high-impact AI products and oversee their development

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of AI/ML development experience with a proven track record of product success
• 5+ years of deep experience in Python and 2+ years with a backend language (JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, or Go)
• Hands-on experience with foundation models (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic)
• Experience in designing evaluation pipelines for model interpretability and accuracy
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Machine Learning or a related field
