Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff AI Engineer to lead AI capabilities in cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of AI-powered product initiatives throughout the software development lifecycle
• Define technical architecture for AI systems and establish engineering standards for AI development
• Collaborate with product leadership to shape the AI product roadmap and eliminate bottlenecks in feature delivery

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on leading complex technical projects
• 3+ years of experience building and shipping AI-powered product features in production
• Proficiency in TypeScript and strong backend engineering fundamentals
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS
• Fluency with AI-native development workflows as a primary engineering practice
