Staff AI Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff AI Engineer who will drive the architecture and implementation of AI-assisted engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Set the technical standard for AI usage in code generation, review, testing, and task automation
• Architect and implement three concurrent AI-driven projects, including automated PR review and test automation
• Define metrics for measuring the impact of AI systems and report on value delivered to the CTO

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in building developer tools, infrastructure, or platform engineering systems
• 2+ years of experience working with LLMs and AI agents in production environments
• Experience designing and operating AI-assisted code generation or review systems for large teams
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools and daily usage of AI in development workflows
• Domain expertise in at least two of the following: fintech, mobile testing automation, or multi-agent system architecture
