Staff AI Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff AI Engineer to join their AI Platform Engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Write and ship production AI code daily as an active contributor
• Architect agentic AI workflows using LangGraph for enterprise scale and reliability
• Own AI observability via LangFuse, including tracing and performance benchmarking

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in production AI/ML or LLM systems
• Hands-on expertise with LangGraph and LangFuse
• Proficiency in agent harness frameworks such as LangChain or similar
• Deep proficiency in Python and strong engineering fundamentals
• B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
