Staff AI Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff AI Engineer responsible for designing and scaling enterprise AI platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and evolution of large scale, distributed AI systems
• Design and implement production grade AI systems using LLMs and vector databases
• Mentor Senior and Staff level engineers and raise the overall engineering bar

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• 8+ years of experience in backend services, distributed systems, or data/AI platforms
• Strong proficiency in Java, Go, or Python
• Deep understanding of distributed system design and cloud native architectures
• Proven experience with SQL and NoSQL data stores
