Staff AI Engineer

Job Summary

Staff AI Engineer is a full-time position focused on leading the design and delivery of AI-powered product initiatives, overseeing the full software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of major AI-powered product initiatives from concept through production
• Define the technical architecture for AI systems and set engineering standards for AI development
• Collaborate with product leadership to shape the AI product roadmap and eliminate bottlenecks in AI feature development

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of leading complex technical projects
• 3+ years of experience building and shipping AI-powered product features in production
• Proficiency in TypeScript and strong backend engineering fundamentals
• Fluency with AI-native development workflows as a primary engineering practice
• Cloud infrastructure experience, preferably with AWS
