Staff AI Engineer

Job Summary

Experienced engineers will find a remote full-time opportunity as a Staff AI Engineer, responsible for developing and delivering complex, integration-heavy platforms while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance existing systems and solve challenging integration problems.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain backend services using Python and Node.js, including serverless architectures
• Develop and integrate APIs that support frontend applications and contribute to frontend features
• Troubleshoot issues in production environments and support deployment processes in cloud-native environments

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong experience with Python and Node.js
• Experience with AWS cloud environments, including Lambda and DynamoDB
• Solid understanding of API design and backend systems
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker
