Staff AI Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the development of AI-powered systems, the full-time Staff AI Engineer (Backend Heavy) will guide technical direction and collaborate with product and engineering teams to create AI-driven tools and platforms in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a technical leader on the engineering team while remaining hands-on with architecture and development
• Develop production AI systems and agent-based platforms that enhance conversational and automated experiences for enterprise users
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to bring new AI capabilities to market

Required qualifications

• 6 years of AI/ML engineering experience
• Strong experience building production AI or ML systems
• Experience with LLMs, agent-based systems, or AI-driven applications
• Familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or similar tools
• Experience deploying AI systems in cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or GCP
