Staff AI Engineer

Job Summary

To support AI-driven innovation in healthcare, the full-time Staff AI Engineer will architect and develop enterprise-scale multi-agent systems, design RAG pipelines, and optimize AI workflows while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and develop multi-agent systems leveraging LLMs and autonomous agent frameworks
• Design and implement RAG pipelines for knowledge grounding and accurate responses
• Own the full AI development lifecycle from data collection to deployment and monitoring

Required Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or related technology field or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in Agentic AI engineering
• 4+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering
• 8+ years of experience in software or platform engineering
• Strong hands-on expertise with Vertex AI and Google's Agentic AI stack
