Staff AI Engineer

Job Summary

Joining the AI Core Engineering team, the full-time remote Staff AI Engineer will design, build, and ship production-grade agentic AI workflows while mentoring fellow engineers and ensuring enterprise reliability and observability using tools like LangGraph, Temporal, and LangFuse.

Key Responsibilities

• Write and ship production AI code daily, actively contributing to the engineering efforts
• Architect agentic AI workflows for enterprise scale and reliability using LangGraph, Temporal, and Pydantic
• Own AI observability via LangFuse, including tracing, prompt versioning, and performance benchmarking

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in production of AI Agents
• Hands-on expertise with LangGraph, Temporal, and Pydantic for stateful, multi-agent workflows
• Proficiency in LangFuse for tracing, evaluation, and prompt management
• Deep Python proficiency with strong engineering fundamentals
• B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
