Staff AI Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the design and implementation of AI systems, the full-time Staff AI Execution Engineer will architect workflows, build agent memory and orchestration, and ensure reliable production systems in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of AI features, from design to production, ensuring reliability and performance
• Develop foundational systems for dependable agents, including memory systems and evaluation frameworks
• Mentor fellow engineers and promote AI-augmented engineering practices within the team

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on engineering experience with a focus on building production AI systems
• Proven expertise in designing agentic workflows and evaluation frameworks for AI systems
• Fluency with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and GraphQL
• Strong data fluency with SQL and Python, and experience with data services like Snowflake and dbt
• Demonstrated technical leadership and experience mentoring other engineers
