Staff AI Engineer

Job Summary

Driving the technical evolution of Acquia DAM, the full-time remote Staff AI Engineer will write and ship production AI code, architect agentic AI workflows, and mentor developers while integrating advanced AI features into the platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Write and ship production AI code daily as an active contributor
• Architect agentic AI workflows using LangGraph, Temporal, and Pydantic for enterprise-scale reliability
• Own AI observability via LangFuse, ensuring performance benchmarking and prompt management across model interactions

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in production of AI agents
• Hands-on expertise with LangGraph, Temporal, and Pydantic for stateful, multi-agent workflows
• Proficiency in using LangFuse for tracing, evaluation, and dataset-driven testing
• Deep Python proficiency and strong engineering fundamentals, including testing and CI/CD
• B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
