Staff AI Engineer

Job Summary

Driving the technical evolution of Acquia's DAM platform, the full-time remote Staff AI Engineer will write production AI code, architect agentic AI workflows, and mentor developers while integrating advanced AI features into the broader Acquia ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Write and ship production AI code daily as an active contributor
• Architect agentic AI workflows using LangGraph and other tools for enterprise-scale reliability
• Own AI observability via LangFuse, ensuring performance benchmarking and prompt management across model interactions

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years in production of AI agents
• Hands-on expertise with LangGraph, Temporal, and Pydantic for stateful, multi-agent workflows
• Proficiency in Python and strong engineering fundamentals, including CI/CD and architecture
• Experience with cloud AI deployment on AWS, Azure, or GCP, including containerization
• B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
